To successfully register your child for Serbian Language Summer Camp 2018, please read carefully and follow the instructions that you will be receiving for each step of registration. Note that the instructions for the next step will follow only upon successful completion of the current step.
We carefully review each registration form we receive. If the form is fully filled in and if there is a spot in the age group of child on the form, we will send an email to the parent with the payment instructions. Registration is complete only upon successful payment. If there is no spot in the child’s age group, child is placed on the waiting list and we will send an email to the parent with the placement note, but without the payment instructions.
Registration Forms
To speed up the registration process, we ask all who have sent filled-in registration forms to review the materials you have sent us. If the form is not completed in full, please complete it and send again with the note that the previous form should be disregarded. Also, make sure that all parts of the form are visible.
If you don’t have resources to fill in the forms electronically, you can print an empty form, fill it in manually, scan completed form (in full) and send it back to us.
All who intend to start the registration please fill in the form carefully the first time. It will be of great help in proceeding with the registration.
Multiple Correctly Filled-in Registration Forms
Sending multiple copies of completed forms slows down the process of registration for all children, and possibly compromises registration of your child. Multiple reviews of the same form unfortunately take out of our time that we voluntarily devote to organization of the camp.
Multiple copies of the completed forms also bring the confusion and can potentially lead to double registration of the same child. If we find out that we have made a double registration of a child because we received multiple registration forms without the indication that the previous copies should be canceled, we will have to revoke both registrations and give the two spots to two other children who are on the waiting list.
Payment
Email with payment instructions will be sent ONLY to the parents who have sent fully completed registration forms. If you don’t hear back from us within a few days after you have sent us a form, please check the materials you have sent us to ensure that the form is fully completed (we received completely empty form today). If there were any omissions, please send the form again with the note that the previous form was incomplete.
Given that the number of classes is limited, sending the payment instructions to you is also contingent on having space in your child’s age group. Please, do not send any payments without our instructions, as they will be rejected.
We thank you for the attention and patience, and hope for the understanding. SPAO is working hard to make this registration process as painless as possible. Our resources are limited, as we want to keep the camp price low and we prepare this camp purely as volunteers.
